Where To Get Mooncakes in Shanghai

Mid-Autumn Festival always takes place on the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month; this year’s zhongqiujie (中秋节) falls on October 4. With Mid-Autumn Festival comes mooncakes. Mooncakes are typically offered as gifts to friends and family (or your laoban or landlord) during Mid-Autumn Festival.
